On the menu last week. I had the time one evening to try out a new vegetarian recipe but there are also some quick and easy dishes.

Cook polenta at lunchtime and leave to set in the fridge Bolognese from the freezer |
Friday | Batch cook | Chilli bean turkey mince with noodles and stir-fry veg
