Perfect for bibimbap. Also good as a dressing for coleslaw.
|Ingredients||Equipment to have ready|
|1 tsp gochujang||Tablespoon measure or tablespoon|
|1 tbsp soy sauce||Teaspoon measure or teaspoon|
|1 tbsp rice wine vinegar||Jar, glass or mug|
|Juice of 1/2 lime||Finer grater|
|1 tsp sesame oil|
|1/2 clove garlic, grated|
|ginger grated to make 1 tsp|
- Mix all the ingredients together in a jar, glass or mug.
