Perfect for bibimbap. Also good as a dressing for coleslaw.

| Ingredients | Equipment to have ready |
| 1 tsp gochujang | Tablespoon measure or tablespoon |
| 1 tbsp soy sauce | Teaspoon measure or teaspoon |
| 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar | Jar, glass or mug |
| Juice of 1/2 lime | Finer grater |
| 1 tsp sesame oil | |
| 1/2 clove garlic, grated | |
| ginger grated to make 1 tsp |
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a jar, glass or mug.
