It has been lovely to enjoy some more summery foods this week. It’s great to get creative with salads and slaws, using up what you’ve got. The celeriac, jalapeno and apple slaw was an example of that – a bit of celeriac and a few greens that needed eating combined with apple and some jalapeno from a jar.
