The Christmas and summer holidays are when routine is most likely to go out of the window. That’s fine for a short time but children and adults alike crave and need routine and boundaries. So, after a freeform couple of weeks, I’m celebrating being back in a mealtime routine.
A meal and snack routine will support you to re-establish good habits and help your children to eat better at mealtimes.
