I made a few changes to my original meal plan this week – once because I didn’t really fancy what was planned and another time to reduce the amount of cooking I needed to do. Meal plans don’t have to be rigid. There are multiple things you can make with the ingredients you buy and a thoughtfully stocked store cupboard will also come to your rescue.
