I’m back in the Bristol Adult Learning kitchen this week for another packed term of classes and I’m particularly looking forward to soaking up some winter sunshine and being inspired by the bountiful ingredients of the Mediterranean in a couple of weeks.
We’ll be visiting Greece for delights such as spanakopita and salads, Spain for dishes like chorizo and white bean stew and romesco and we’ll finish with a trip to Italy for a light and zingy dessert.
