There’s more to Christmas baking than mince pies. We’ve got your Christmas celebrations covered with some exciting savoury centrepieces, desserts and sweet treats in our festive pies and tarts session. 

Not only will you be all prepared for Christmas (and the leftovers) but you’ll also become a master of pastry as I take you through step-by-step how to prepare sweet and savoury dough for your pies, tarts, galettes and pasties, made both in tins and free-form.
