Come and explore the vibrant Vietnamese street food scene as we prepare fresh, fragrant dishes packed with flavour and crunch. 

In this two-hour evening taster session at BAL on Wednesday 12 November, we’ll be making some Vietnamese classics such as summer rolls (goi cuon), nuoc mam cham and lemongrass pork skewers with pickled vegetables.  

We’ll then sit down to eat together before you head home with a doggy bag.
