A sack of bad potatoes threw my meal plan off course this week but not to worry because with a few things in the store cupboard a couple of tweaks are easy. Monday’s fishcakes transformed into a salad with wedges as I rescued what I could of the potatoes. Wednesday’s meal should also have been potatoes but had to be switched to bulgar from the store cupboard with kebabs.
