There was a Father’s Day dinner request of lasagne and as I didn’t have the time at the weekend to really do it justice, I outsourced to a chef friend of mine. She made the lasagne with local beef and pork mince and fresh homemade pasta. Oh boy was it good! She also gave us a bag of mixed salad leaves from her allotment.
