There were two hits this week. Firstly, the Middle Eastern mezze which included chicken shawarma and secondly the tuna poke bowls. Both were fun to serve and eat in whichever way we all wanted, full of vibrant colours, flavours and great textures as well as being fitting of the glorious weather.
