We tried a couple of new recipes this week, both of which we enjoyed and will make again. The broccoli pasta was nice and quick to cook and could quite easily be served as a veggie dish without the salmon. It was very finely chopped broccoli, sweated down with oil, garlic, lemon zest and red chilli, finished with some pasta water, grana padano, peas and lemon juice.
