I have a couple of baking classes coming up at the Bristol Adult Learning centre.  

Firstly, on Tuesday 10 March we’re going to be spoiling our mothers, mother figures or ourselves with a very special and quintessentially British afternoon tea. Learn to make the perfect light scone as well as a host of sweet and savoury decadent treats. 

Then on Saturday 21 March and Tuesday 31 March you can join me for an Easter themed bake. We’ll delve into British history to discover the secrets of some classic bakes as we make hot cross buns and Simnel cake inspired muffins to adorn your Easter afternoon tea table.
