After a break over the summer, I’m back at the BAL centre with a new term of classes. I’m kicking off with One chicken, five ways on Wednesday 24 September.
On this course, I will give you the confidence to joint and make the most of every part of a whole chicken and learn thrifty tips along the way.
With each piece of the chicken, we’ll create a different recipe to showcase the versatility of this wonderful bird. We’ll be making dishes such as schnitzel, Greek-style lemon chicken, crispy chicken wings with dipping sauce, marinated drumsticks and a soothing noodle soup.
There will be plenty to eat together at the end of the class as well as take home.
