I made a few changes to my meal plan this week, swapping meals around to accommodate changes of plans and some busy evenings, using up veg in meals I hadn’t planned to have that veg. Just because you have a meal plan doesn’t mean there is no flexibility. And because life is life, a meal plan is there for structure and to help guide you through the busy times with some nourishment.
