In this Thai taster session, we will explore some quintessential Thai flavours as well as learn about the balance of sweet, sour, salty and spicy used in Thai cuisine.
We’ll be cooking a couple of fresh and vibrant classic dishes, including the national dish Pad Thai, before sitting down to eat together.
