Harvey and I had been planning a dumpling day for months and we finally got round to it on Sunday. We made four different fillings, filled the bought wrappers we had, ran out and prepared some of our own wrappers before continuing with the rest of the dumplings. We had some for tea and have a stash in the freezer. Meanwhile, Alexis batch prepared a load of bread gnocchi for her Wednesday night Beavers teas.
