I enjoyed a night out on Wednesday at Toppings Bookshop in Bath listening to Asma Khan talk about her new cookbook, food from her childhood in Calcutta and how she came to cooking as a career later in life. She cooked as she talked and we had a taste of the delicious omelette curry and paratha she made. I can’t wait to cook from the book.
