I am very happy to share that, in addition to the support and cookery sessions I provide as Kitchen Titbits, I am now also teaching at the Bristol Adult Learning Centre.  

My first class, a bread making taster session, is on Tuesday 18 March when I’ll be teaching some bread making basics as we bake some soft and fluffy flatbreads with a tasty dip and a soda bread with seasonal flavoured butter. 

Other classes coming up before the end of the academic year include Easter baking (we’ll be making hot cross buns and Simnel muffins) and a pasta taster session (making hand rolled pasta with a seasonal sauce).  

I can’t wait to get cooking and hope to see you at a class soon!
