The week started with an inset day for Alexis and we had a lovely morning, at her request, making bread gnocchi for lunch and to go in the freezer for Beavers nights. We also made falafel for tea – she loves making and eating them and we needed to try out the falafel scoop that Father Christmas left in her stocking!
