Inspired by a friend who is working her way through every recipe in a single cookbook, I revisited a cookbook I haven’t used for a while (Ching Hue Hang’s Chinese Food in Minutes) to cook Sunday’s meal. With all the recipes so readily available online, it’s easy to forget to use cookbooks, but there is so much more joy in cooking from a book than a screen.
