A tough few days this week with a nasty bug hitting us all at one point or another. I was completely wiped out on Monday and so my husband let the kids choose what to eat once he finished work, given that the veggie chilli I had planned wasn’t going to be feasible. I’ll be making the chilli next week instead for the fresh veg I bought for it doesn’t go to waste. The meal I switched out will go on the plan for another week instead.
