A week of festive feasting. I chose to do porchetta for Christmas Dinner and it was beautiful, enjoyed by all. Some of the leftovers, sliced and reheated in the air fryer, made for a most wonderful sandwich too. After a meat heavy week, we’ll be back to more plant-based meals next week.
