In fact, it’s bound to happen so best to embrace it rather than fight it. But that’s easier when you’re feeling prepared and know that you’ve got a good routine established that you can return to.
If you don’t already have a meal and snack routine, have a look at putting one in place now. A regular meal and snack routine can help ensure your child isn’t too hungry or too full when mealtimes come around.
