This week’s meal plan didn’t turn out anything like I had originally sketched out. Ingredients not turning up in the shop, some ingredients having an extremely short shelf-life and a switch up needed to work around my husband’s work commitments meant that I made a lot of changes, mostly swapping around meals I had planned for next week and changing the days I had things planned.
