We’ve enjoyed lots of goodies from the freezer this week as I’m trying to run it down so I can defrost it and also make way for Christmas food as it’s just around the corner.

| Tuesday | Tikka paneer and mushrooms, with dhal, chapattis and lime pickle yoghurt

| Wednesday | Prawn satay, rice, quick pickled cucumber and carrot, stir-fry garlic broccoli, cabbage and green beans

| Thursday | Veggie ragu (from the freezer) with polenta | 
| Friday | Chilli and rice (using leftover cooked beef burgers from the freezer) 
 | 
| Saturday | Pepperoni pizza and salad |
