My How to feed your fussy eater course will support you to create healthier, happier, stress-free family mealtimes.
By getting to know you and your family, I’m able to consider which approaches are going to work best and help you to put them into practice in a way which suits you and your child, fits with your family dynamics, your lifestyle and routines as well as your environment. This means that the approaches and techniques you learn with me are going to lead to changes you can confidently make and stick with long term.
We’ll work together on this in-depth course for two sessions over a period of a month. You’ll also receive additional resources and support in between and for a few weeks after the sessions as you put into practice what you learn.
I’ll help you to:
Support your child to increase the number and variety of foods they’ll eat
Reduce their fear of trying something new
Establish positive mealtime routines and get the snack requests under control
Put the fun into mealtimes so that they can develop a love of food and you can experience the joy of eating again
Get organised, feel in control and remain calm instead of tearing your hair out
Prepare meals the whole family will enjoy.
