It was curry for tea and this isn’t a dish Alexis is eating…YET!
There are always preferred foods on the table with curry, for example, rice, naan or chapatti, natural yoghurt and cucumber, so I know she’ll eat enough that meal.
I offered her a piece of chicken from the curry and she accepted. It was on her plate for the first time since weaning.
That’s progress that I’m extremely happy with.
It’s important to celebrate the successes, no matter how small they may seem. Praise this progress and more will follow.
