Bad planning on my part this week with pasta twice in a row and then again later in the week. Normally I try to include a good variety of both carbs and other foods but something slipped through the net with this week’s plan. Still, my pasta loving, potato hating daughter was happy and very pleased there weren’t more potatoes!
