If not now, then when?

Jenny stressed

A recent client came to me because, in her own words, she was finally at the end of her tether. She first talked to me a year before that. She’d been struggling for some time before she first made contact and continued to struggle for another year before reaching out for some support.

After an hour session so much changed. She offloaded her frustration, stress and anger so she could calmly take back control and make some changes. The constant demands for snacks then refusing to eat lunch and tea was sorted. Asking for treats and pudding without entertaining any of the meal is a thing of the past. They are eating together more regularly, having fun at the table and her son is open to exploring more foods.

It’s OK not to have all the answers. It’s OK to need to ask for help. It’s OK to do that before you have all suffered for too long.

When you’re ready for change, I’d love to talk through how I can help you achieve it.
