A couple of weeks ago, I invited Solution-focused Hypnotherapist, Kerry Seymour, into my Stress-free family mealtimes Facebook group to talk to us about how the brain works. She talked about how stress is created in the brain and how this can affect dinner time with fussy eaters.
It was a fascinating insight which helped us to understand how we might reduce stress levels, both for ourselves and for our families. Reducing our stress at mealtimes and learning to remain calm and relaxed is one of the best ways we can support our children to feel comfortable around and explore new foods.
