My week in meals – w/c 23/05/21

Meal plan

We tried a couple of new recipes again this week. The lamb shanks were a surprising hit with everyone. I wasn’t expecting the meal to go down well with the children (and my husband isn’t a massive lamb fan) but they tucked in happily. We also really enjoyed the smokey roasted pepper lasagne. I used blitzed mushrooms and lentils instead of Quorn mince and it worked a treat.
