I’ve been clearing out the freezer a bit this week, in part because it needs cleaning before I do a big shop and restock and partly because, despite it being the Easter holidays, it has been a busy old time and I’ve needed some quick wins. My store cupboard has come in very handy for making food go further, along with some fresh veg.
