I’ve chosen to deliver my How to feed your fussy eater online programme through a closed Facebook group. Why? Well, because I think that it’s a great platform through which to emulate my face-to-face workshops and to give you a huge amount of value. You have me on tap for four weeks to ask questions, receive tailored support and benefit from all the knowledge and expertise I have to share with you.
It’s also an intimate, safe and supportive environment in which to share your experiences and to connect with other parents who are also struggling at mealtimes. There’s something very helpful and comforting in knowing that you’re not alone and, as we progress through the programme, having a group with whom you can celebrate the successes, no matter how small.
How does my course work? Well, each Monday, I deliver a lesson through a Facebook live, with the chance to ask questions as I go. On a Tuesday, I set you a challenge related to the lesson so that you can apply the knowledge and techniques learned and I can hold your hand through that process as much as you’d like me to. You’re encouraged to post feedback and photos throughout the week so that we can all help each other make progress and share ideas. I know it’s said so often, but the more you put into it and the more that you make use of me whilst you have me over the four weeks, the more you will get out of the programme to help you support your fussy eater.
Each day, you’re drip fed more information to support you on your journey, to inspire you further and give you ideas things to try. There are handouts for you to download and keep as well as bonus sessions from Laura Clark Nutrition and Heather Keats Health and Fitness. The week ends with a live Q&A on Zoom, a chance for us to connect, chat, recap on the week and for you to ask any questions that might have come up and you haven’t asked throughout the week.
And, the support doesn’t stop there with the end of the programme. You have the option to move into my How to feed your fussy eater community of parents and carers who have attended my courses and online programmes so you continue to benefit from my help and the support of others who have been struggling and are now seeing huge improvements at mealtimes.
It’s a jam-packed four-week programme and I’m excited to start the new term with you on 7 September. If you’re ready to create healthier, happier, stress-free family mealtimes, book your place here.
