Whilst its true that I work most often with families, a number of my clients don’t have children or have children who have flown the nest. 
 
I support them with their goals to reduce their impact on the environment by tackling their food waste, to make efficient use of their time and ingredients when cooking for one, to build their confidence in the kitchen or to introduce meal planning to support them with their busy lifestyle, to save money, to eat better or simply just to feel more organised and in control.
