My week in meals – w/c 14/03/21

Always looking to add to my veggie meal repertoire, we tried out two new recipes this week. This involved trying banana blossom for the first time. Now, it wasn’t bad but it also isn’t an ingredient I’ll rush back to. I’ll stick with mushrooms.
