It’s tray bake time! You can never have too many tray bake ideas up your sleeve. They’re the saving grace for any busy household. This chorizo tray bake is full of a heap of my favourite ingredients, many of which are usually found in my fridge, freezer and store cupboard so a good one for me to cobble together when fresh supplies are running low.
