My week in meals – w/c 07/10/18

A predicted busy week called for comforting and easy meals that are big on flavour. Two of my favourite chilli varieties and a giant tin of Turkish cheese featured in this menu!

Southern style chicken (homemade leftovers from the freezer) with blue cheese dressing, Frank’s hot sauce, wedges, corn on the cob and salad
Tom Kerridge recipe I used for a healthier take on fried chicken
Wednesday Veggie night Veggie Gochujang fried rice with sesame fried eggs
Thursday Chipotle turkey burgers with sweet potato fries
Friday Batch cook Turkey and lentil madras
Saturday Family mealtime Grannie’s birthday celebration meal out
