Perfect for bibimbap. Also good as a dressing for coleslaw.

Ingredients Equipment to have ready
1 tsp gochujang Tablespoon measure or tablespoon
1 tbsp soy sauce Teaspoon measure or teaspoon
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar Jar, glass or mug
Juice of 1/2 lime Finer grater
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 clove garlic, grated
ginger grated to make 1 tsp

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a jar, glass or mug.
